As a professional automotive photographer and videographer in Vancouver, I provide specialized photography and videography services for cars, focusing on high-quality imagery for private owners, dealerships, and automotive businesses.

Booking and Payment

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings
• Full payment is due upon delivery of final edited images/videos
• I accept payments via e-transfer, credit card, or cash
• Pricing is subject to change without notice for new bookings
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside Vancouver

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot forfeit the deposit
• Rescheduling is free with 48+ hours notice
• Weather-related cancellations can be rescheduled without penalty
• Emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case

Copyright and Usage

• I retain copyright of all images and videos
• Clients receive a license for personal/commercial use as specified in their package
• Images may be used in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited
• Image manipulation by clients is not permitted without written consent

Delivery Timeline

• Photo delivery: Within 1 week of shooting
• Video delivery: 2-8 weeks depending on complexity
• Rush delivery available for additional fee
• Preview images provided within 48 hours

Client Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle is clean and presentable
• Secure necessary location permits if required
• Arrive on time for scheduled shoots
• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Notify of any special requirements in advance

Liability

• I am not liable for any damage to vehicles during shoots
• Clients are responsible for vehicle and location safety
• Insurance coverage is maintained for professional operations
• Force majeure events may affect service delivery
